
About this Funding
Summer Company (Ontario) is a provincial program that helps students ages 15 to 29 start and run their own business over the summer. Delivered through local Small Business Enterprise Centres across Ontario, the program provides eligible students with mentorship, training, and up to $3,000 in grant funding to launch and operate a real business. It is a hands on opportunity to gain entrepreneurial experience, build confidence, and earn income while being your own boss.
Participants receive:
• Free business training (marketing, sales, bookkeeping & more)
• One-on-one mentorship from local business leaders
• Up to $3,000 in grant funding to launch
