Healthcare startups looking to showcase their innovation on one of the industry’s biggest stages can now apply for the HLTH USA 2026 Pitch Competition. The competition highlights emerging companies that are tackling some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges, including AI-powered solutions, diagnostics, mental health, oncology, workforce innovation, and more.
Applicants can compete in one of four categories:

Health Equity
AgeTech
Selected startups will have the opportunity to pitch their solutions live in front of investors, healthcare leaders, corporate partners, and industry decision-makers attending HLTH USA 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, startups must:
Be less than five years old
Have raised less than $8 million in total funding
Prize
The winning startup will receive:
$25,000 cash prize
Two complimentary passes to HLTH USA 2027
A featured blog post and interview hosted on the HLTH platform
