Communitech’s Fierce Founders program is a structured, results-driven pipeline for women and non-binary founders, focused on helping companies scale to $1M in annual recurring revenue. The program requires at least one female co-founder.
The Intensive Track runs in two stages. First, an 8 week deep dive helps founders refine strategy, test business models, and identify key growth opportunities. Then, 15 top companies advance to a 6 month execution phase with hands-on support.
Selected companies can access up to $30K in matching, non-dilutive funding, along with executive coaching, strategic guidance, and exposure within the Communitech ecosystem.
The program targets founders with a product already in market, early revenue, and the capacity to scale. It is open to women and non-binary tech founders based in Southwestern Ontario.
