Ladies Who Launch Program is a grant initiative designed to support women founders and entrepreneurs across the United States. The program, delivered in partnership with the Boundless Futures Foundation, will award $10,000 grants to 10 women-led small businesses that are building companies focused on positive social or community impact.
In addition to the cash grant, selected founders will participate in an eight-week group training program aimed at strengthening business fundamentals, growth strategy, and leadership development. Participants will also gain access to a network of mentors and a community of small business owners, creating opportunities for collaboration, guidance, and long-term support.
The initiative focuses on companies that generate “growth for good,” meaning businesses that pursue financial success while also contributing to meaningful social outcomes.
Applications for the 2026 cohort are open until March 17. Selected entrepreneurs will receive funding, training, and mentorship designed to help accelerate the growth of their businesses.
